The drug is effective for the treatment of the following conditions:
Venous insufficiency:
feeling of heaviness, swelling, pain, "fatigue" in the legs, cramps of the calf muscles.
Edema and trophic disorders: edema of the lower extremities, trophic skin changes, venous trophic ulcers.
Hemorrhoids: used for the symptomatic treatment of acute and chronic hemorrhoids.

How to take (Method of administration and dosage)
Tablets are taken orally with meals, washed down with water. The tablet can be divided according to the applied risk.
Condition:
Recommended dose for 1000 mg course duration:

Chronic venous diseases 1 tablet per day (preferably in the morning) Several months (up to 12 months)
Acute hemorrhoids 3 tablets per day (1 in the morning, afternoon and evening) for the first 4 days. 2 tablets per day (1 in the morning and evening) for the next 3 days . | 7 days |
