Fero-Gradumet 105 mg 100 tablets
Active substance:
Iron sulfate
Composition:
Active ingredient: ferric sulfate 325 mg, equivalent to 105 mg of elemental iron.
Auxiliary substances: methacrylate copolymer with methyl methacrylate, lactose, povidone K90, magnesium stearate.
Shell composition: hypromellose, ethyl cellulose, sodium saccharin, triethyl citrate, sorbitan monoleate, castor oil, titanium dioxide, yellow dye No. 6 (FD&C Yellow), red dye No. 40 (FD&C Red).
Indications:
treatment of latent and clinically pronounced iron deficiency;
prevention of iron deficiency (including before and during pregnancy, during lactation).
Contraindications:
excessive iron content in the body (for example, hemochromatosis);
disorders of the mechanisms of iron utilization (for example, lead anemia, sideroachrestic anemia);
anemia not caused by iron deficiency (for example, hemolytic anemia or megaloblastic anemia caused by vitamin B12 deficiency);
the presence of intestinal diverticulum or intestinal obstruction;
simultaneous treatment with iron preparations for parenteral use;
children under 12 years of age;
hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.
