Main indications for use:

"Rescue" after methotrexate therapy

Reduces the risk and severity of side effects (damage to mucous membranes, bone marrow suppression) after high-dose chemotherapy.

Combined anti-cancer therapy: enhances the antitumor effect of fluoropyrimidine-type drugs (for example, fluorouracil) in the treatment of colorectal cancer and other malignant diseases.
