Composition

• Active ingredients: Extracts of Chimaphila umbellata (Pipsissewa) and Populus tremula (Aspen).
• Excipients: Microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, and others.

Pharmacotherapeutic Group

Herbal remedy for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).

Indications for Use

Eviprostat DB has anti-inflammatory and diuretic effects, reduces prostate inflammation, and helps sterilize the urinary tract. It is used to relieve symptoms of BPH, including:

• Dysuria (painful urination)
• Incomplete bladder emptying / sensation of residual urine
• Pollakiuria (frequent urination)

Dosage and Administration

• Adult men: Take 1 tablet 3 times daily with meals.
• Treatment duration: 3–6 months (as recommended by a physician).
• Swallow the tablet whole with water (do not chew).

Contraindications

• Hypersensitivity to any components.
• Not for use in children under 18 (safety not established).
• Rare hereditary conditions (fructose intolerance, malabsorption syndromes).

Side Effects

(Rare but possible)

• Allergic reactions (rash, itching).
• Digestive issues (nausea, diarrhea).
• Headache.

Special Precautions

• Does not replace antibiotics for bacterial prostatitis.
• If symptoms persist after 4–6 weeks, consult a urologist.
• Use with caution in patients taking anticoagulants (potential bleeding risk).
